About this light
The lamp for the long approach. On a three to four metre pole it covers eight to ten metres of drive, so a gated entrance and the turn up to the house are usually two or three lamps rather than a run of buried cable. The panel is 6.8W monocrystalline and the battery carries three nights without sun, which is the number that matters in a Cyprus January; the summer figure is never the problem. Motion detection lifts it to full output when a car turns in and lets it idle the rest of the night. You choose the colour of the light at installation: 3000K reads warm against limestone, 4000K is closer to daylight, 6000K is cold and best kept for service areas.
