Solar lighting for communal gardens and apartment grounds

Everything in a shared building is a negotiation. A lamp that needs no cable and no meter removes the two hardest parts before the meeting starts.

Planned, installed and maintained by us, across Cyprus, whether you are on the island or not.

Shared gardens fail at the committee stage, not the garden stage

Most communal gardens in Cyprus are dark for reasons that have nothing to do with horticulture. Wiring them means trenching through shared paving, appointing an electrician, and adding a permanent line to communal expenses that every future meeting can argue about. Any one owner can stall each step, so the garden stays dark by default.

Solar heads change the shape of the decision. There are no works through shared ground, nothing joins the communal meter, and the whole proposal fits in one sentence: lamps appear, light happens, the bill does not change. Committees can pass that.

Each lamp carries its own panel and battery. Nothing is trenched, nothing is metered, and the switching happens by itself at dusk.

Why Not Just Order a Box

What separates these from supermarket solar stakes

A store sells the light and disappears

We install it, and we come back to maintain it. That is not a promise about the product, it is a checkable fact about how we work, and it is the one thing no box shipper can offer.

Numbers instead of adjectives

Not premium quality but IP65, Corten steel, 3000 lumens, made to order in three to four weeks. Numbers can be checked, which is exactly why they can be believed.

Honest about the battery

Batteries age. That is physics, not a defect. Ours are replaceable, spares are kept in stock, and we fit them for you.

The Lamps We Quote Here

For communal grounds we quote robust, low maintenance heads: the 2800 lumen park lamp for shared lawns and parking, the 4000 kelvin posts along walkways, and the 280 lumen markers where routes just need tracing.

Good To Know

Asked before ordering

Nothing recurring, which is the whole argument. There is no electricity line because the lamps never touch the meter, and the honest long term cost is a battery swap every few years, a known occasional item a committee can budget in advance.

No electrician, because there is no circuit. The lamps stand on their own footings in the garden itself. Whatever internal approval your building's rules require, the proposal is far easier to pass when it involves no works through shared structure.

They are sealed metal bodies on proper footings, the same specification we fit at hotels. Shared ground is hard on flimsy things, which is exactly why we do not quote flimsy things for it.
