For Pernera we quote self sufficient basics. The 2200 lumen post covers the terrace, the neutral 600 lumen post keeps entrance steps safe for arrivals after dark, and the stone lamps keep the courtyard alive at low level.

They spend sunlight, nothing else. There is no bill accruing, and a lived in look is worth having on an empty coastal property. If you prefer, the motion sensing models idle low unless something actually moves.
Yes, that is common for our Pernera clients. We agree the plan on a visit or over photos, install while you are away, and send photos of the result. Nothing about the work needs you on site.
