Villa and Estate Grounds
Lawn Care for Cyprus Villas and Private Estates
Mediterranean gardens, beautifully kept. Three brothers turning Mediterranean landscapes into living art, from the first cut to year round care.
Planned, installed and maintained by us, across Cyprus, whether you are on the island or not.
A lawn in Cyprus does not look after itself
You bought the villa for the view, the light and the space around it. What arrives with the keys is a stretch of ground that does not behave like a lawn back home. Summer heat scorches it in weeks, the soil drains faster than you expect, and by August you are looking at bare patches, dust and edges that have crept into the beds.
Then there is the calendar. Grass in Cyprus grows in bursts, so a fortnightly cut in April is nowhere near enough in May and far too much in July. Irrigation adds another layer of worry, because water use is restricted in parts of the island and the rules change from season to season. Most owners are guessing at both, and the lawn shows it.
If you are away for months at a time, the guessing gets expensive. Nobody notices a blocked dripper, a failed timer or a spreading weed until you land and see it. What you actually want is somebody local who turns up, knows the plot, and keeps the grounds looking the way they did the day you fell for the place.
Each lamp carries its own panel and battery. Nothing is trenched, nothing is metered, and the switching happens by itself at dusk.
What separates these from supermarket solar stakes
A store sells the light and disappears
We install it, and we come back to maintain it. That is not a promise about the product, it is a checkable fact about how we work, and it is the one thing no box shipper can offer.
Numbers instead of adjectives
Not premium quality but IP65, Corten steel, 3000 lumens, made to order in three to four weeks. Numbers can be checked, which is exactly why they can be believed.
Honest about the battery
Batteries age. That is physics, not a defect. Ours are replaceable, spares are kept in stock, and we fit them for you.
A well kept lawn is only half the picture once the sun goes down. These solar fittings light paths, edges and specimen planting across villa grounds without trenching cable through turf you have just established.

It varies with the season rather than a fixed diary. Through the spring flush most villa lawns are usually cut weekly or close to it, while in the hottest months growth slows and visits typically move to a lighter schedule focused on edges, irrigation checks and feeding. We set the rhythm around your plot, your grass type and how the garden is used, then adjust it as the year turns.
We work within whatever rules apply where your property sits, including the irrigation restrictions announced for the Larnaca area for 2026, and we plan planting and watering around them rather than around them being ignored. Rainwater harvesting and boreholes are possible in Cyprus but they are subject to permits, so we look at what is actually permitted for your plot before recommending anything.
Yes. Absent owner care is a large part of what we do for villas and private estates, with regular visits, irrigation checks and a report on how the garden is doing so there are no surprises when you arrive.
No. Lawn care is often the starting point, and most villa projects grow into planting design, hard landscaping, irrigation and lighting. We build and maintain complete Mediterranean gardens, and we work alongside architects on high end projects.
Every plot is different, so every project is costed individually. We start with a free initial consultation, walk the garden with you and prepare a quotation from there. Nothing is charged before you have seen it in writing.

Tell us about the garden, or send a few photos. We suggest positions and a lamp count, you get a clear picture of what it would take, and you decide in your own time.
