Maintenance Pricing · Limassol

What it costs — and why we quote from your garden, not a rate card.

Garden maintenance in Limassol is priced by the garden, not a list. Here's what actually drives it — and how we make sure the price fits what yours needs, with no surprises on the invoice.

The honest answer is “it depends on the garden”

We don't publish a rate card, because a real garden never matches one. A flat price either overcharges a small courtyard or quietly cuts corners on a large estate — and both leave you worse off. Instead we look at four things, agree a scope in writing, and give you one clear price for it. No creeping extras, no surprise invoice.

What Drives The Price

Four things, not a list

Size & planting

A courtyard of pots and a half-acre garden with mature trees are not the same job. Area, planting density and how detailed the planting is set most of the work.

How often we visit

Weekly keeps a garden composed at its best; bi-weekly suits quieter gardens. More frequent visits cost more per month but each visit is lighter — the garden never falls behind.

Access & type

A high-rise Marina terrace, a sloped hillside garden and a flat villa lawn each take different time and care. Access and the kind of space matter as much as the size.

Where it's starting from

A garden that's been kept is cheaper to maintain than one being brought back. Mature palms needing weevil protection, or a tired garden needing a reset first, change the picture.

Pricing Questions, Answered

It depends on the garden — honestly, that's the only accurate answer. The cost is set by the size and planting, how often we visit, the access and type of space, and the condition it's starting from. Rather than a rate card that would overcharge a small garden and underdeliver on a large one, we visit, agree a written scope, and give you a clear fixed price for that scope, with no surprises on the invoice.

Because a real garden never matches a list. A flat per-visit rate either charges a small courtyard too much or quietly cuts corners on a large estate. We'd rather see the garden, scope the work properly and quote a fair price for exactly what yours needs — which is also why our clients don't get unexpected extras later.

Most ongoing maintenance is arranged as a regular monthly or per-visit price against an agreed scope and schedule, so you know what you're paying and what each visit covers. One-off work — a major clean-up, large tree work — is quoted separately. We set it out clearly in writing before anything starts.

The biggest factors are size and planting complexity, visit frequency, access (a terrace or a steep site takes longer than a flat lawn), and the starting condition — a neglected garden often needs a reset before regular maintenance, and mature palms need weevil protection. We explain exactly what's driving your quote at the site visit.

Smaller gardens are very much worth maintaining — they're often quick, and keeping them on a light schedule stops the build-up that turns into an expensive rescue. We'll tell you honestly at the visit whether a regular schedule or an occasional tidy makes more sense for your garden and budget.
