Solar lighting for restaurant and taverna terraces

Dinner service runs through exactly the hours the grid finds hardest. A terrace that lights itself is one worry off the pass.

Planned, installed and maintained by us, across Cyprus, whether you are on the island or not.

The terrace earns at night and pays for it at night

Every cover you serve after dusk sits under electric light, through the same early evening window in which the island's grid now runs tightest, and at household or commercial rates that are among the dearer in Europe. The lighting bill is small next to the kitchen's, but unlike the kitchen it can actually be taken to zero.

The bigger obstacle is the works. Cabling an operating terrace means lifting the floor your tables stand on, and no restaurant wants to close covers in season for a trench. Solar heads are set between tables and planters in a morning, and the terrace serves the same evening.

Each lamp carries its own panel and battery. Nothing is trenched, nothing is metered, and the switching happens by itself at dusk.

Why Not Just Order a Box

What separates these from supermarket solar stakes

A store sells the light and disappears

We install it, and we come back to maintain it. That is not a promise about the product, it is a checkable fact about how we work, and it is the one thing no box shipper can offer.

Numbers instead of adjectives

Not premium quality but IP65, Corten steel, 3000 lumens, made to order in three to four weeks. Numbers can be checked, which is exactly why they can be believed.

Honest about the battery

Batteries age. That is physics, not a defect. Ours are replaceable, spares are kept in stock, and we fit them for you.

The Lamps We Quote Here

For terraces we keep the light warm and low: the stone lamp set glows between tables and planting, the 460 lumen posts mark steps and edges, and the corten post makes the entrance say what kind of evening this is.

Good To Know

Asked before ordering

For the guest side, comfortably. Terrace dining wants layered, warm light around 460 to 600 lumens per head rather than glare, and candles still belong on the table. The pass, the till and the kitchen door are task areas and usually stay on the building's own light.

Yes. There is no trench and no cable run, so heads go in between services, typically in a single quiet morning. The floor your tables stand on is never opened.

The terrace stays lit, because its lamps were never on the grid to begin with. In the July 2026 rotating cuts that was the difference between carrying on and serving by phone torch. The kitchen is another story, but at least your guests sit in light.
