Solar Lighting · Selling and Staging
Solar lighting when selling a villa
Buyers tour at six in the evening and scroll listings at midnight. Both times, the lit villa is the one they remember.
Planned, installed and maintained by us, across Cyprus, whether you are on the island or not.
The listing is judged at dusk, whether you lit it or not
Every villa listing carries one photograph that does the emotional work, and it is almost never taken at noon. It is the dusk shot, warm light on stone, the garden glowing, the house looking like the evening you are being sold. Villas without garden lighting simply cannot produce that photograph, and viewings after work happen in the dark either way.
Wiring a garden for a house you are leaving is dead money and weeks of works. Solar staging is the opposite proposition: lamps in and lit within days, no ground opened before viewings, and the scheme transfers with the house as a working asset the buyer sees running, not a promise in a brochure.
Each lamp carries its own panel and battery. Nothing is trenched, nothing is metered, and the switching happens by itself at dusk.
What separates these from supermarket solar stakes
A store sells the light and disappears
We install it, and we come back to maintain it. That is not a promise about the product, it is a checkable fact about how we work, and it is the one thing no box shipper can offer.
Numbers instead of adjectives
Not premium quality but IP65, Corten steel, 3000 lumens, made to order in three to four weeks. Numbers can be checked, which is exactly why they can be believed.
Honest about the battery
Batteries age. That is physics, not a defect. Ours are replaceable, spares are kept in stock, and we fit them for you.
For staging we concentrate light where photographs and viewings actually look: the 2200 lumen post at the entrance and drive, the spotlight trio on the facade and best trees, and the 460 lumen posts tracing the route a viewing walks.
Asked before ordering
We are gardeners, not estate agents, so we will keep the claim inside our trade: a lit garden photographs better, shows better at evening viewings, and signals a cared for property. What that is worth on the price is your agent's arithmetic, and lighting will not rescue a wrong asking price.
The install itself is a day of footings and spikes once the lamps are to hand. The honest constraint is lead time, since lamps are made to order in three to four weeks, so the right moment to decide is when you engage the agent, not the week of the photo shoot.
Yes, and that is part of its logic. The lamps are installed assets that convey with the garden, need no handover beyond pointing at them, and cost the new owner nothing to run. Buyers notice things that work on the night they visit.
