The front of the house is the part nobody plans
Most villa frontages in Cyprus end up lit by whatever the builder left behind: one fitting over the door, maybe a bulkhead by the parking bay, and nothing at all along the walk from the gate. In daylight the frontage looks fine. After dark the facade goes flat, the house number disappears, and anyone arriving has to guess where the path turns.
Then there is the practical side. You carry shopping up a kerb you cannot see. Guests arriving for dinner park in the dark and find the gravel edge with an ankle. The render, the stonework and the planting you paid for are invisible for half the year, because in Cyprus the evenings start early in winter and everyone is outside in them in summer.
Trenching cable across a finished driveway and a planted frontage is the usual sticking point. Nobody wants to lift paving or cut through an irrigation line for the sake of a few lamps, so the frontage stays dark and the job keeps moving down the list.
Each lamp carries its own panel and battery. Nothing is trenched, nothing is metered, and the switching happens by itself at dusk.

We install it, and we come back to maintain it. That is not a promise about the product, it is a checkable fact about how we work, and it is the one thing no box shipper can offer.
Numbers instead of adjectives
Not premium quality but IP65, Corten steel, 3000 lumens, made to order in three to four weeks. Numbers can be checked, which is exactly why they can be believed.
Honest about the battery
Batteries age. That is physics, not a defect. Ours are replaceable, spares are kept in stock, and we fit them for you.
The Lamps We Quote Here
For frontages we usually work with a mix: posts to mark the route from the gate to the door, and spotlights to give the facade and the planting in front of it some depth. Heights and light temperature are chosen on site, because a narrow town frontage and a long open approach need very different things.
Good To Know
Asked before ordering
For the walk from the gate to the door and for picking out the facade, yes. We choose output by the job: lower posts close to a doorway so nobody is dazzled, stronger posts or a park lamp where the approach is long or there is parking to cover. We walk the frontage with you before specifying anything.
Usually not. Solar posts and spotlights have no cable run back to the house, so a finished driveway, paved frontage or planted bed can normally stay as it is. We confirm fixings and mounting points when we survey the site.
Both have a place. A dusk-to-dawn setting keeps the approach and the house number readable all evening, while motion detection suits a parking bay or a side gate. Many frontages end up with a combination of the two.
Every frontage is different in length, levels and planting, so we quote per project rather than from a list. The first consultation and site visit are free of charge, and you receive a written proposal after it.
