Solar Garden Lighting
Outdoor Landscape Lighting, Installed Across Cyprus
Paths, steps, driveways, pool surrounds and planting lit with solar fittings chosen for Cypriot sun, heat and salt air, set out and installed by our own team.
Planned, installed and maintained by us, across Cyprus, whether you are on the island or not.
The garden you paid for vanishes at sunset
Most gardens in Cyprus are designed for daylight. The olive trees, the stone edging, the pool surround and the planting all read beautifully until the sun drops, and then the whole plot turns into one flat shadow. Guests feel for the step down to the terrace, the driveway becomes guesswork, and the view from inside the house is a black window rather than the garden you invested in.
The obvious fixes both have a catch. Wired lighting means cable routes, trenching and disruption through planting, paving and lawn that has only just settled in, and it ties the lighting plan to whatever the electrics can reach. Inexpensive solar stakes bought online tend to look promising for a season, then fade early in the evening, tilt in the wind, cloud over in the salt air and quietly stop coming on at all.
There is also the question nobody can answer from a catalogue: how many fittings, how bright, how warm, and where exactly. A path needs a different light to a boundary wall, a feature tree needs a different light again, and too much output turns a Mediterranean garden into a forecourt. Without someone walking the plot after dark, it is a guess.
Each lamp carries its own panel and battery. Nothing is trenched, nothing is metered, and the switching happens by itself at dusk.
What separates these from supermarket solar stakes
A store sells the light and disappears
We install it, and we come back to maintain it. That is not a promise about the product, it is a checkable fact about how we work, and it is the one thing no box shipper can offer.
Numbers instead of adjectives
Not premium quality but IP65, Corten steel, 3000 lumens, made to order in three to four weeks. Numbers can be checked, which is exactly why they can be believed.
Honest about the battery
Batteries age. That is physics, not a defect. Ours are replaceable, spares are kept in stock, and we fit them for you.
These are the solar fittings we specify most often for landscape schemes in Cyprus, matched to the job rather than sold as a set. We plan the layout with you, install on site, and every order is invoiced in the normal way.
Asked before ordering
For the solar fittings we install, no mains connection is involved, so there is no trenching through finished planting or paving and no consumer unit work. Our team sets the posts and spotlights, aligns the panels for the best sun through the day and checks each fitting on site. If your project also includes mains powered elements, we will tell you that at the planning stage.
Cyprus gets strong winter sun compared with most of Europe, and quality fittings with proper batteries usually carry through the night in the cooler months, though run times are typically shorter than in midsummer. After a run of heavy cloud you may see reduced output or a shorter evening. Panel position and shading from trees or walls make a large difference, which is why we survey the plot before specifying anything.
We do not publish figures, because no two gardens need the same number, type or placement of fittings. We start with a free initial consultation, walk the plot with you, then put a written quotation together for your specific scheme. An invoice is issued with every order.
A typical villa scheme is usually completed within a day or two on site once the fittings are with us, and larger resort or estate projects are normally phased over a longer period. These are typical ranges rather than fixed dates, and we confirm a realistic schedule with you as part of the quotation.
We are based in Paphos and work across the whole of southern Cyprus, including Limassol, Larnaca and the Famagusta area resorts. Pambos handles the first consultation, planning and quotation, so he is the person you will speak to when you get in touch.
