Solar garden lighting in Polis
Polis is where Cyprus turns rural, big plots, centuries old carobs, and infrastructure that thins as the Akamas begins. Off grid lighting is not a preference here, it is the sensible default.
Planned, installed and maintained by us, across Cyprus, whether you are on the island or not.
The further from town, the weaker the case for cable
Polis properties sit among working agricultural land, on plots where the nearest distribution box may be a field away and where rural supply already works hard in high season. Trenching lighting circuits across that kind of land rarely survives contact with a quote.
Solar lamps are built for exactly this remoteness. Each one is its own supply, immune to rural voltage dips and outages, and the Akamas winter winds meet lamps bolted to footings, not festoons strung between trees.
Each lamp carries its own panel and battery. Nothing is trenched, nothing is metered, and the switching happens by itself at dusk.
What separates these from supermarket solar stakes
A store sells the light and disappears
We install it, and we come back to maintain it. That is not a promise about the product, it is a checkable fact about how we work, and it is the one thing no box shipper can offer.
Numbers instead of adjectives
Not premium quality but IP65, Corten steel, 3000 lumens, made to order in three to four weeks. Numbers can be checked, which is exactly why they can be believed.
Honest about the battery
Batteries age. That is physics, not a defect. Ours are replaceable, spares are kept in stock, and we fit them for you.
For Polis plots we light the way the land suggests. The park lamp covers the open yard, the spotlight set gives the old carob its due, and the street lamp brings the farm track up to the standard of a proper drive.

Asked before ordering
Not at all, and that is the point. The lamps never touch the grid, so voltage dips, outages and high season load mean nothing to them. When the village goes dark, the yard stays lit.
Slightly fewer charging hours on rainy days, comfortably covered by the roughly three nights of battery reserve. In exchange the rain keeps panels cleaner than anywhere on the dusty coast, Polis is a perfectly good solar site.
