Latchi properties are close enough to the harbour that salt arrives daily, and winter storms funnel wind straight through. Gardens here are intimate, gravel courtyards, terracotta, mature olives, and a corroding light fitting in a garden this considered is impossible to unsee.
Solar lamps solve both halves. Sealed metal bodies handle the first line position, and the absence of any cable means the courtyard's stone and gravel stay untouched.
Each lamp carries its own panel and battery. Nothing is trenched, nothing is metered, and the switching happens by itself at dusk.

Good To Know
Asked before ordering
Sealed IP65 housings keep the salt outside, metal bodies keep corrosion cosmetic, and an occasional fresh water rinse keeps panels charging. We fold that rinse into maintenance visits for our Latchi clients.
That is the easiest garden of all. Stone lamps sit straight into gravel, posts take one small footing each, and nothing is trenched. A courtyard like that is usually finished in a single visit.
